Brand Rep Terms & Conditions

Contract Period

Our Brand Rep terms run quarterly, lasting approximately 3 months each.*

  • January 1 - March 31
  • April 1 - June 30
  • July 1 - September 30
  • October 1 - Dec 31

What is Involved as a Brand Rep?

  • Having a public and very active Instagram account.
  • Genuine support and enthusiasm for the products and brand as evident in the photo and comments posted on social media.
  • Become and stay informed about the story and goals of the brand.
  • Post and tag 3-4 unique images per month**.
  • Email the 3-4 images that you post each month, along with 2-3 additional images to info@glowbugclothdiapers.com. All emailed images must not be watermarked.
  • Promote and share any and all company announcements such as promotions, giveaways, contests, launches and events.
  • Glowbug Cloth Diapers reserves the right to use any and all photographs without permission each time on their marketing materials, social media accounts and website.

End of Contract

Your contract and coupon codes end on the last day of your assigned quarter.

We reserve the right to cancel your contract at anytime, without question.

**Remember that your photos are representing Glowbug Cloth Diapers. Please keep images tasteful. We are looking for images that are crisp, clear and have neutral backgrounds - indoor or outdoor. Our diapers should be visible and well styled.
***The Glowbug Brand Rep that has their discount code used most often during each quarter will receive an additional free diaper of their choosing - depending on availability.
